1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 8 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at shafqatsuits@gmail.com. Once this window has passed, the order cannot be altered or cancelled as it enters our fulfillment pipeline.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over [₹1,999 / or state "on all orders" if shipping is always free].
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shafqat is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request an alternative physical street address.
6. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept return requests only within 3 days of you receiving your item, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please review our full Refund Policy for details on initiating a return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shafqatsuits@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
